This male employee was recording our 14-year-old girls from behind the business counter. When I approached and asked why they were being recorded, he and the female business owner showed me the video and stated it was being used to promote the business. The footage focused on the girls from the waist down while they were wearing shorts. No parent or guardian gave permission for our children to be recorded or used for business promotion. When I expressed how inappropriate and disturbing this was, the situation was laughed off and minimized. Law enforcement was called to the location, and a report was made. Regardless of whether anyone tries to excuse this as being in a public place, recording minors in that manner for promotional purposes without parental consent is unacceptable. Parents deserve to know when their children are being filmed by a business, especially when the footage is focused on their bodies. The officer informed me that there was no crime committed here and that the individual posts these images on their social media. Incredible selection and great food, but the property needs a little TLC You really can’t beat the sheer variety of stores here—it’s a shopper’s paradise if you’re looking for major brands and athletic wear. Another big plus is the food selection; there are plenty of great options to grab a bite and recharge. My only real critique is that parts of the property are starting to look a bit dated and could use some TLC, especially around some of the walkways and common areas. Parking can also be a challenge during peak hours, so plan to arrive early. Still a fantastic place to shop, it just needs a little refreshing!

I love this outlet except for one thing - the valet parking. You will search for parking for about 30 minutes due to valet taking all of the main parking spaces which appeared empty. The mall organizers value an empty valet parking lot over the general guest experiences. I parked near the valet entrance and was hunted down saying I could not park there even though there were about 300 valet spaces empty. They force you to go to the second parking lot, cross a busy road and walk across the empty valet parking lot in 92 degree heat. Why should valet have superior parking when the valet guest do have to park their own cars - seems lazy on the part of the valet workers, but I guess the outlet organizers don't care as long as they get the few that are paying $12 for valet. I captured pictures of the empty valet parking lot to show - it was on a Saturday about 6pm - prime business time with an empty valet lot while general guest circle looking for parking. This outlet has plenty of stores and is huge! However, it's really confusing because there are very few maps and you have to walk a lot to get from one side to the other. It was hard to know where you were and how to get to the store you want. I had to use Google Maps and it took me 20 minutes to find Pacsun and Hollister! But other than that, I had a great time shopping!

Orlando International Premium Outlets has definitely changed over the years — and this visit felt a bit different from what I remembered. First, the obvious: prices have gone up noticeably. The “outlet bargain thrill” isn’t quite what it used to be. You can still find good deals if you look carefully, but it takes more hunting than before. It’s less of a guaranteed jackpot and more of a strategic mission. On the positive side, it was noticeably less crowded than previous visits, which actually made the experience more enjoyable. Fewer people means less stress, shorter lines, and more space to browse without feeling like you’re in a competitive shopping marathon. Parking was surprisingly easy, which is a big win in Orlando. Getting in and out felt smooth and organized — no circling endlessly like a vulture over a parking spot. That alone improved the overall experience. Service was consistently friendly across the stores we visited. Staff members were approachable, helpful, and genuinely pleasant, which adds a lot when you’re spending the day walking and browsing.
